We heard about various incidents which made his job in the country memorable, including encounters with dogs, calving, directing traffic in Kington pre-bypass, also his spell as a Family Liaison Officer. When he retired in 2007 he had to apply all over again to become a Community Support Officer which is his current role. He had some useful information about rural crime prevention and leaflets too.
